Not everyone plays with a players card, so they probably don't even bother putting unique player ID into the barcode. The ticket has a bar code on it, but it's doubtful that it contains information about the player who cashed it out. I've never found any high dollar tickets, but I have found tickets between $40 and $100 many times.
